Welcome to the Miss Kona Coffee Princess Program: Mentoring Young Ladies to Become Leaders of Tomorrow. 

 

This is a NON-competitive mentoring program for girls aged 5-12-years-old. Participating princesses will make friends, interact with positive role models, attend the Miss Kona Coffee Pageant and enjoy fun activities as a Miss Kona Coffee Princess.

October 6, 2019 and October 20, 2019: Princess Camps

October 27, 2019: Award Ceremony

November 2, 2019: Miss Kona Coffee Pageant Performance 

 

Participating princesses will enjoy:

 

• A festival button and ticket to the Miss Kona Coffee Scholarship Competition

• Miss Kona Coffee Crown Pin and certificate of graduation from ‘Princess Academy’

• Choreographed high energy Princess Dance to be performed during the Miss competition

• Miss Kona Coffee Princess Camp T-shirt

Not Included: family tickets to induction ceremony and pageant.

 

Princess Camp will be held 10/6 & 10/20 from 10:00am-2:00pm.  Each camp will include a production number rehearsal to allow participants to experience what it’s like to be a Miss Kona Coffee candidate.

 

Workshops will also include arts and crafts, etiquette lessons, walking and posing, and much more. The Miss Kona Coffee committee is committed to making sure your daughter has a happy experience. There are frequent breaks throughout the day, including for lunch.

 

On pageant night, the Princesses will attend the Miss Kona Coffee Scholarship Competition in a special VIP seating area. The Princesses will also perform an on-stage production number during the pageant, after being escorted backstage to be met by their ‘Miss Mentor’.

If you choose to participate, a more comprehensive schedule will be provided to you via email. A rehearsal dance video will be provided for the participating young women. Participants need no formal dance training. Our program is designed to be a fun way to perform for friends and family and gain confidence on stage.

 

The Miss Kona Coffee Princesses Program entry fee is $200.
